The Smile Tag

I was tagged by the beautiful Ciarra from Ciarralorren in her very own original “Smile Tag.”  I am so excited to be a part of this, as it is an opportunity to share a little happiness with everyone.  So Thank you Ciarra for including me!  🙂

The SMILE TAG

Here’s how it works…

Ciarralorren, creator of The SMILE Tag, wants to see your smiles! If you are nominated for this tag (which I hope all of you are), then simply post a photo of yourself smiling! There really are no rules for this tag. You can post as many pictures with as many people as you’d like solely under the condition that you are smiling in the photo or looking back at the photo makes you smile! It’s really quite simple. If you’d like, also share the story or stories behind the photos you post to let your followers gain more of an insight of who you are and what makes you happy. Or don’t! It’s really up to you! !Truthfully, it doesn’t matter how you interpret this tag, so long as you spread joy and happiness around the Internet and in doing so within your own life. Let’s all be happy and share our smiles!
Just keep the tagging along and TOGETHER, let’s create a mass movement of happiness! So start posting and tagging people now! Go, go, go!!

Above all, my family makes me smile.  God has blessed me with a wonderful family.  I love them and am so thankful for them each and every day.

Traveling makes me smile.  Whether visiting new and exciting places or somewhere familiar, I find it is wonderful fun to get away with family and friends.

And just a few more smiles for you…

Completing a 10K mud run.  How can you keep from smiling when you look like this??

Looking at a beautiful sky and/or sunset makes me smile.  I love the beauty that God created in this world.  🙂

And finally, animals make me smile.  There is something about the furry beasts that always warms my heart.

Okay, so now it is your turn.   I will tag a few blogs/bloggers, but please consider yourself tagged as well if you read this and want to join in with some smiles of your own.  🙂

The following blogs are now officially tagged:  Travelling Diary of a Dippy-Dotty Girl, The Travels and Misadventures of Miss HeatherLynnP, New and Old Travel, Running to Travel, and Wanderlust Plus One

If you are tagged, please share a little disclaimer as to why Ciarra created this tag! You can even just copy and paste her “Here’s How It Works” to make everyone’s lives easier. But most importantly, please participate, tag as many people as you like and smile!

    1. Thanks Angela. And I don’t know if I tagged you since I decided to limit myself to 5 tags (to enable my terrible lazy refusal to type that many names and links, hehe), but I think you should officially consider yourself TAGGED! 🙂

  1. What beautiful toothpaste-ad style smiles 🙂 What paste is this? I gotta lay my hands on it. Thanks for the tag. I will have to fish out some non-demented ones (which I warn you is Tough) but I shall do it because you have tagged me xx

    1. Ha, you’re killing me here. Just do what I did and photoshop some Colgate ads into your pictures. 😉 😛 But truly, I have a feeling you will find aplenty of (non-demented) pictures with your lovely smile. 🙂

      1. Mutual admiration society. I cannot complain 😛 I do not have perfect teeth as you will see. When I was a kid my parents try to get them all straightened out, but I was too busy scoffing food outside the doctor’s chambers which I used to visit only because I knew I could lay my hands on the food. So when I see perfect teeth, I utter little sighs 😀 xx

      2. That is how I am when I see people who can smile without super wrinkly eyes. I breathe a mighty sigh and put my sunglasses back on. As for teeth, I used to have a David Letterman gap, and oh man I hated it. Then when I got them filled, I cried because I missed the gap. Go figure 😆

      3. Ha ha ha. Gosh you are precious. I thought that kinda gap was considered model hot 😉 The fashion world glorifies it. Gap tooth or not, you have your unique Kristyn-ness which shall not be put in a corner (I solemnly declare I am not flattering you).

      4. Yes, I think there are many who pull the gap off nicely, but as a pie-faced teen, I’m afraid I fell outside of that bracket. But yes, I love that we all have our wonderful and unique qualities that make us who we are, and that can far outshine the exterior. And of course you my friend have that in spades! 🙂

      5. Jeez you are going to make me cry. Pie-faced teen has blossomed then most wonderfully. I am sure Cam will attest to that with vigorous nods (for which he shall have to be schooled in the Indian head nod cause no one does it better) xx

      6. Random tidbit: Cam and I dated when I was 17 years old. It was a love story for the ages, all of 3 months before I went off to college and called it quits 😛 10 years later we reconnected and started back up. So good old Cam was around for the original gap-toothed pie face as well. I am going to look into a quick tutorial for the Indian head nod for Cam. We will be consulting the great school of youtube, for lack of better options in a pinch…

      1. I am liking this plan more and more. And sending sweets is an excellent way to end the heist. Now on the very slim chance there are any hiccups in the operation, you might have to bake a nail file into the cake and send it care of the local jail. 😛

      2. You have got vision, milady. Let there be no doubt about it. We shall make it pretty and pink and insert into an equally and shockingly pink cake. Operation Monkeying Around is on and you are the don xx

      3. Our operation has a title now–and I love it 🙂 And a pink file in a pink cake is brilliant–I have it on good authority that prison guards are too manly to eat pink sweets, so we would not be in danger of being found out. And by the way, there is a good chance we should be sending this to some Hollywood big shot and see if we can’t get a movie made. I wonder how much of a cut the brains behind a movie get? And how many airline tickets that would afford? (As I sit here rubbing my hands together, evil genius stye)

  2. Oh goodness, I feel ya–I am feeling so behind in reading and catching up on everyone’s blogs as well. I am so happy I was able to join in the tag. Not only is it a brilliant tag to get people smiling, but I really enjoyed the excuse to go through pictures and reminisce. And thank you–I love my little troop of men. 🙂
